Once you approve your design, a unique die is created. For soft enamel and die struck keychains, the unique mold is then stamped into metal to create the raised and recessed areas of the pin. The pin base is plated in gold, silver, or whichever pin plating you have chosen. The recessed areas are then filled with coloured enamel paint (or translucent colors, which look amazing!), separated by the raised areas made by the metal outlines in the design stage.

For Soft Enamel keychains, layers of enamel paint are applied to the recessed areas. Once the enamel is baked and dried, the pin’s colors actually sit slightly lower than the raised metal areas, giving the finished pin a distinct outlined look. While less durable than cloisonné, soft enamel's low production cost and textured finish make it a great option for promotional events!

For PVC keychains, after the unique mold is made, a base color is poured into the unique mold. Then the other colors are added in layers until all the colors are poured and cooled. The final step is adhering the key ring with chain link.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order quantity is 100. In certain situations, we can manufacture and sell orders as small as 50 pins, but there is a below-minimum fee that often applies and the unit pricing is higher than that at quantity 100. Please contact us for additional details.

How long does it take to get my pins?

Although every pin is a little different, since everything we make is 100% custom, our orders typically deliver 7-10 business days after you pay for your order. That said, if you require a quicker turnaround, we will make every effort to accommodate it.

Can I get my pins faster than the typical turnaround time?
