A. Our minimum order quantity is 100. In certain situations, we can manufacture and sell orders as small as 50 pins, but there is a below-minimum fee that often applies and the unit pricing is higher than that at quantity 100. Please contact us for additional details.

A. Although every pin is a little different, since everything we make is 100% custom, our orders typically deliver 7-10 business days after you pay for your order. That said, if you require a quicker turnaround, we will make every effort to accommodate it.

A. Even though our standard turnaround times are some of the fastest in the industry, we understand that sometimes you need your pins even quicker than usual. As such, we work with all customers to understand their deadlines at the beginning of the quoting process. We can either work with our production team to shave a few days off the delivery date or we can guide you into an alternate product type that can more easily facilitate rush production.

The ordering process is simple and can start in a number of ways. First off, feel free to give us a call or send us an email with any questions about the product or your design. You can also use our Free Quote request form. In this form, you will specify the product and quantity you are interested in. Also include any and all art or design ideas. We will reply promptly with an exact price quote and a color proof which is a digital image of what your physical product will look like.

A. Each lapel pin design allows you to feature up to 7 different color fills at no additional charge. If your design is complex and requires more than 7 different colors, we will happily add them. Each additional color only costs an extra $0.10 per pin.

A. You can pay for your order online via credit card or by check. Production will begin as soon as your payment is received. Public institutions and hospitals also have the option of paying via Purchase Order. Purchase Orders are not accepted from private organizations, except on rare occasion with prior approval from a salesperson

A. All of our pins are made of metal. Depending on the type of lapel pin chosen, the base metal will be either iron or brass. Zinc is also used for certain applications. After surface prep (stamping, polishing, etc.), the base pin is then decorated using soft enamel paint, hard enamel color fills, offset printing ink, and/or silkscreens.

A. The proper attachment selection depends entirely on the desired application for your lapel pins. Our two most popular (and free) options are the butterfly clutch, also known as the military clutch, and the rubber clutch. The butterfly clutch is the traditional lapel pin clutch and is reliable and easy to use. The rubber clutch is just as reliable and is even easier to use—just pull it straight off! A rubber clutch is the best choice when the clutch is going to come into contact with skin, since it’s a soft rubber and completely non-irritating. While these two clutches are the most popular, we have a variety of upgraded clutches, such as the jewelry clutch, tie tack, magnetic backing, deluxe clutch, cufflink attachment, keychain, and safety pin.

A. Unfortunately, you cannot. One hundred percent of our production is custom ordered. All of the pins on our website are examples of custom works that we’ve manufactured for current and previous clients. All of the design rights belong to those respective clients. We will not reproduce them without said client’s express permission. The samples on the website are for illustrative and inspirational purposes only. That said, we would be happy design and produce a design that perfectly represents your vision.
