For companies like Blaze Pizza, the pins we help create are used to celebrate employees, honor hard work, and distinguish members of their staff. Years of service pins are a popular choice for many of the restaurants we partner with, but Blaze Pizza wanted something to award the best and brightest members of their team who become trainers! 

We worked closely with the Blaze Pizza team to make sure our design matched the brand colors and artwork already established by the company. Our priority was to ensure the pins had a timeless quality for the company and could continue the legacy of their store. But we’ve done more than just trainer pins for Blaze. Recently, the team reached out with a new design that they could award to staff members for all the hard work they do to make Blaze Pizza a success!

Fast Fresh Pizza | Even Faster Custom Pins

While the first set of pins for Blaze Pizza are for trainers, the second set are for celebrating the excellent work of all their employees. Employee recognition pins are a wonderful way to show appreciation for the people who make your business great, and these pins are a great example of how to make something unique that stays true to the company brand! 

The heart-shaped pizza design actually incorporates the same flame design from the trainer pins, but in this case, they are used as toppings for the little pizza. The text, “We’re Blazey About You” is another fun nod to the company’s unique brand story.

Besides the artwork, there is another factor that distinguishes these pins from the rest of the Blaze Pizza pins - They’re UV printed rush pins.

Our rush pins are proudly made in the United States, and take only seven business days to produce. But speed doesn’t affect quality. UV printing allows for highly detailed, photographic designs that don't require raised metal edges to separate colors. This makes it easier to incorporate highly detailed artwork in smaller areas. 

Those little flames on the heart-shaped pizza wouldn’t be possible on a traditional soft enamel or cloisonne pin. For Blaze Pizza, not only did their design require fine details, they also needed the pins fast. Our team was able to get the design approved and ordered in record time, ensuring the pins arrived with time to spare.

As it turns out, Blaze Pizza doesn’t just focus on celebrating their employees - they take the time to share the love with everyone who helps make their business great!
